a) 2007/0134 Mr & Mrs M & J Seal, 31 The Street, Ashwellthorpe, NR16 1HD: Addition of solar water collectors to garage roof to provide a non polluting, sustainable energy source. Withdrawn 07.02.07. This will still discussed because another application will soon be made any time.
b) 2007/0186 Mr H Mason 1 & 2 Whipps Lane, Fundenhall: Alteration & extension to property.

a. Transfer of Title of parcel of land to Parish Council?
b. Arrange H & S Inspection to take advantage of discount.
c. Decide on maintenance contract for the cutting of the play area.
Please note we will need to make a decision on this issue as we will have to put into place the H&S inspections and also arrange for the cutting & maintenance of the area very shortly. At the date of the meeting it will only be 6 weeks until Easter. Please come to the meeting prepared to make a decision on this issue.
