Bawdeswell Village Hall Hire
Bawdeswell Village hall is available for hire by both parishioners and non residents. Up to 150 persons can be accommodated for parties and up to 90 seated for functions. Facilities are provided for the disabled and for mothers with babies. Parking is available adjacent to the hall. The hall is licensed for entertainment from 8am until midnight (30 minutes extra for New Years eve). The hall is not licensed for the sale of alcohol but alcohol may be brought to the hall for consumption. For the sale of alcohol at a function a TEN (Temporary Event Notice) is required from Breckland Council (at least two weeks notice). For larger functions hirers may arrange for a marquee to be erected on the playing field where a power supply is available. This supply can be used for 'Bouncy Castles' etc. An entrance ramp and WC are available for disabled persons. High chairs & baby changing facilities are provided.

Chairs and tables etc are included in the hire fee. They may also be hired for your own venue when available. £3 per day for 10 chairs. £3 per day each table. Collection and return by hirer. A refundable deposit of £50 is required (may be reduced or waived at the discretion of the Booking Clerk) A hire fee of £100 & deposit of £200 is charged for Parties (other than wedding receptions and other events at the discretion of the Booking Clerk) where a disco or live music is present and alcohol is to be sold. Charges for small events or small numbers of persons may be reduced at the discretion of the Booking Clerk. Charges for small events run by or for parishioners may be charged on a per head basis to be agreed by the Booking Clerk or in some cases waived altogether when the hall is not otherwise being used.

Directions to Hall
The village hall is situated down a driveway to the West of Reepham Road.
If approaching from the A1067 or Bawdeswell Village proceed along Reepham Road for approx 400m past the junction with 'The Street'. There is a sign on the right of the road pointing to the entrance on the left.
If approaching from Reepham, once you enter the 30mph speed limit you will shortly arrive at a very narrow section of road with a house/cottage immediately adjacent to the road.. Almost immediately after this you will see the sign on the left and the entrance to the right.
