Parish Council

Has the overall responsibility for the well - being of our local community. Their work falls into three main categories
  • Representing the local community
  • Delivering services to meet local needs
  • Striving to improve the quality of life in the Parish
  Crossroads 
There are nine seats on the council (plus the salaried position of Clerk to the Council). Councillors are elected every four years. The next elections will be held in 2007.
The Council meets on the first Monday of each month at Bunwell Village Hall, except in August . All meetings are open to the public.Meetings generally begin at 7.30pm and run to an agenda. Members of the public are invited to attend, with a public forum at the end, which the public may raise any issues
