 This is the area where ANY user can make comments on the web-site, ask that a page should be developed on a new topic, raise issues of community interst - or whatever.

How this will develop I really have little idea at this stage - it is up to you !!

But please remember to be discreet - your comments will be under surveyance by the editor and the administartor (webmaster) and we shall keep a weather out for any objectionable items put into discussion- and where necessary remove such items, and in the last resort remove the offender from registration to participate in this forum.

Initially the forum is open, but it way well be moderated very shortly.
