The Process

As part of planning for the future, Taverham Parish Council has decided that we would all benefit from having a Parish Plan and it has aided the formation of the Taverham Parish Plan Committee, a group of volunteers who have got together to produce the Plan on behalf of the Council. 

The first stage was to create and distribute a questionnaire to gather your opinions and suggestions. Your answers are being analysed and used to produce the Plan, which will be published towards the end of the year. 

The questionnaire was for households and was delivered as part of the April edition of the Taverham Newsletter, though we preferred that it was filled in on-line through this web site. We also sought the opinions of young people and so we developed further questionnaires specially for them and these were distributed through the schools in early April - so all ages got to have their say!
