AGENDA

 

1.       TO RECEIVE APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

2.       TO RECEIVE DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

Members are invited to declare personal or prejudicial interests in items on the agenda. It is a requirement of the Parish Councils (Model Code of Conduct) Order 2007 s8 that declarations from a member include the nature of the interest and whether it is personal or prejudicial.      

3.      MINUTES  OF  THE PREVIOUS  MEETING

To agree that the minutes are a true representation of the meeting or to agree modification as necessary.

        4.  COUNTY/DISTRICT COUNCILLORS, COMMUNITY POLICING,      LOCAL ORGANISATIONS, CLUBS AND INDIVIDUALS WITH SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES -– REPORTS / INFORMATION.

To receive reports.

5.      MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF P.C. ASSETS

To consider any current requirements with regard to allotments, Playing Field etc

To consider  CCTV installation.

To consider progress of replacement of seats on Church Rd/ Beccles Rd corner and opposite Post Office and installation of Planters opposite Post Office.

To consider  progress of concrete path on Mill Lane

To arrange working party to rectify problems raised by play area inspection.

To progress puddling on Ball Court

Report back on Dog Bin on Sandy lane

Report back on wheelie bins for play area warden

Report back on allotments

 

6.  HIGHWAY/TRAFFIC CALMING/FOOTPATH MATTERS

To consider any outstanding  Highway/Footpath matters

7.      PLANNING

To consider planning applications as listed.

To consider planning application from Mrs Crosby of 15, Hampton Ave. for a proposed porch extension to dwelling with ramped access steps

 

To include standard clause on light pollution on all applications

       To receive feedback on current applications or any other planning matters.

8.       CHEQUES /FINANCE

To authorise cheque payments.

      9.  PARISH PLAN

              To consider  progress of proposals resulting from Parish plan

               

     10. COMMUNICATION

  To consider communications received other than that on circulation. To receive update on   Village Diary and Scrap book.

      11. GENERAL DISCUSSION

            To discuss items for possible inclusion on a future agenda   

     12. DATE OF NEXT MEETING

THE CHAIRPERSON WILL OPEN THE MEETING FOR A PERIOD OF APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES (At the discretion of the Chairperson) FOR MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC TO EXPRESS A VIEW ON AGENDA ITEMS AT THE APPROPRIATE TIME(S). THE PUBLIC ARE WELCOME TO STAY AND OBSERVE THE REST OF THE MEETING.
